NOTE:

  1. Room Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% VAT, Breakfast for Two (2) Persons & based on a Single/Twin/Double Occupancy.
  2. Check In Time: 14:00 P.M. Check Out Time: 12:00 NOON.

      Note: Early Check In or Late Check Out is subject to Villa availability.

  1. Minimum stay of Five (5) Nights is required during Peak Season.
  2. Airport Transfer@300 Net Thai Baht per Person per Way.
  3. Minimum stay of Three (3) Nights will receive a Complimentary “Cocktail of the Month” for Two (2) Persons.

CHILD & THIRD (3RD) PERSON POLICY:

  1. Child under Three (3) Years Old is sharing accommodation with Parents and Complimentary Kid Breakfast.
  2. Child Three (3) to Twelve (12) Years Old is sharing accommodation with Parents and Compulsory Breakfast@200 Net Thai Baht Person per Day.
  3. Child Thirteen (13) Years Old and above is considered as Adult and pays Sofa/Extra Bed@1000 Net Thai Baht per Person per Day with Breakfast.
  4. Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner@2000 Net Thai Baht per Adult. Child Twelve (12) Years old and under is 50% discount.
  5. Compulsory New Years Eve Dinner@3000 Net Thai Baht per Adult. Child Twelve (12) Years old and under is 50% discount.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING POLICY:

  1. Fifty percent (50%) Deposit is needed for High & Low Season for the total period of stay.
  2. One Hundred percent (100%) Payment for Peak Season.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:

  1. Cancellation of booking less than Seven (7) Days prior to arrival date, non refundable.
  2. Cancellation of booking Seven (7) Days or more prior to arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of the total booking will be charge.
  3. No-Show on arrival date & Early Departure are non refundable.

Note: In case of refund, bank charges will be charge to the guests.
